Hallie teaches Yoga Therapy which helps correct neuro-musculo-skeletal imbalances and pain from prior injuries, stress, sports, or work-related activities with optimal stretch.
Students learn to balance the nervous system and they experience freedom from inner tensions. Additionally they practice breath techniques, mind-focus and alignment of all bones, muscles, and joints (the vertebrae, neck, shoulders, TMJ, hips, sacro-iliac joints, knees, ankles, and feet) which transforms outer rigidity into supple flexibility.
Hallie also teaches research based mind-body interventions including Integrative Restoration Meditation (iRest®.) These practices afford deep relaxation, better sleep, optimal body alignment, and re-training of the nervous system for a pain-free, core-supported, happier life. All of us living high demand lives benefit from learning these techniques that allow us to perform at our best.
